| 摘 要： | 在寻求能源与经济均衡点的进程中,新能源具有清洁、污染排放少、可再生等一系列优点,对我国发展低碳经济、改善能源结构、促进经济社会可持续发展具有重要的意义.通过总结目前国内的主要新能源种类及利用方式,分析了国家政策对新能源发展的支持和导向,阐述了风能、太阳能、生物质能和核能的资源条件及开发利用现状,并对我国新能源发电的发展方向及前景进行了展望.

| Abstract: | In the process of seeking an equilibrium point between energy and economy,new energy that has advantages of clean,renewable energy and less pollution emissions,plays an important role in developing low-carbon economy,improving energy structure and promoting sustainable development.The present paper summarizes the main types and utilizations of new energy in China,and analyzes the national policies on new energy.The resource conditions and the status of development and utilization of new energy,including wind power,solar energy,biomass and nuclear,are investigated,and the future prospects of new energy development is proposed. |
