飞轮储能系统改善并网风电场稳定性的研究

摘    要:采用飞轮储能单元作为并网风电场的能量缓冲装置以稳定并网风电场的功率输出。建立了基于等效电路的飞轮储能系统的数学模型,并设计了以风力发电机输出有功功率和无功功率作为控制信号时的控制策略。最后以随机风波动为例,对采用飞轮储能系统的并网风电场进行了仿真研究。结果表明,此方案能实现风电机组输出有功功率和无功功率的综合快速补偿,有效地改善并网风电场的电能质量和稳定性。

Abstract:This paper presents research on the possibility of employing a flywheel energy storage system(FESS) in a grid connected wind farm to enhance the performance of its power quality and stability.A mathematic model of FESS based on equivalent circuit for wind power generation system is built,and corresponding control strategy is developed in which output active power and reactive power of wind farm are used as control signals.Based on these models,taking the wind speed changed at random,a simulation platform of FESS and wind farm is developed by using Simulink of Matlab.Simulation results show that the program can achieve rapid compensation of output active and reactive power of wind generator and the power quality and stability of wind farm connected to power grid can be well improved by flywheel energy storage.
