考虑风力发电波动性的分布式发电可靠性规划

摘    要:为保障分布式能源规划的科学性与可靠性,进行了分布式风电选址与选型研究。运用威布尔分布表征全年风速分布变化,并结合风机功率曲线方程,对风机出力波动性进行建模。在此基础上,构建分布式发电的波动的成本模型。以系统成本最小化目标,提出优化方案对分布式风电的选址和选型优化提供理论依据。根据情景实例分析,表明该模型和优化方案可以为分布式风电的选址和选型提供科学的理论依据。

Abstract:In order to guarantee the scientificness and reliability of the distributed generation planning,the study for the siting and lectotype of distributed wind power is carried out. Weibull distribution is used to describe the characteristic of change in wind speed distribution,and combiming with the power curve equation of wind turbine the power output fluctuations model is built in this paper. And a cost model of fluctuations of distributed wind power is built on this basis. Based on minimizing the system cost,optimization scheme is proposed in order to provide the theoretical basis for sitting and lectotype of distributed wind power. According to situation analysis,it shows that the model and the optimization scheme can provide scientific theoretical basis for the sitting and lectotype of distributed wind power.
