IGBT并联型逆变器锁相控制的研究

摘    要:分析了并联型逆变器定角控制的必要性,提出了一种定角控制的频率跟踪方法,并对其实现进行了研究。以MATLAB/Simulink为工具建立了以IGBT为开关器件的并联谐振型逆变器仿真模型,并对仿真结果进行了分析。仿真结果验证了这种锁相控制方法的正确性和有效性,并设计了样机进行试验验证。

Abstract:The paper analyzed the necessity of fixed-angle-control for parallel resonant inverter and proposed a frequency tracking method for fixed-angle-control.It was used in induction heating power supply and realized fixed-angle-control.Simulation model of IGBT parallel resonant inverter based on MATLAB/Simulink was established.The implementation of this method was also studied.The validity of the phase locking control scheme was testified by the simulation results.Then the sample machine was designed and examine...
