基于改进的GRA方法的电力客户信用风险综合评价研究

供电企业面临电力客户失信带来的经营风险。为规避客户信用风险,要求建立客户信用管理体系,综合评价客户信用风险。依据某电力公司客户的户务资料,参照电费管理人员的经验,对客户的缴费状况、偿还电费能力、资金变现能力、担保水平及经营环境等5个指标评分,并应用层次分析法进行权重确定,然后利用灰色关联分析方法进行数据处理,最终确定各个客户的信用等级。

Assessment of Power Customer Credit Risk Based on Improved GRA Method

Inorder to avoid customer credit risks,power supply enterprise should set up customercredit management system and synthetically appraisal customer's credit risks.With client information from a power company,five indices,including status of electricity charge paying state,repaying ability,capital,collateral level and condition,are graded according to the manager's experiences,and weigh the credit risks index with the method of AHP.Data with method of Grey Relational Analysis(GRA) are processed to decide the customer's credit rank.
