汽轮机轴封系统经济性分析方法的研究

摘    要:针对汽轮机轴封系统本身的特点,将轴封渗漏及其利用系统划分成轴封供汽和轴封回汽系统两部分,从而将辅助汽流按部位进行了归类。采用矩阵表示形式,使计算模型与热力系统结构之间一一对应。应用表明:这种分析思路更加清晰,并具有计算简洁、通用性强等优点,尤其适用于计算机编程,对实现火电机组的节能降耗具有一定意义。

Abstract:Considering the feature of shaft seal system of turbine,it was divided into two parts which were steam supply system and return steam system.According to that,the steam auxiliary system can be classified by the location where the steam flows out.The method showed by matrix,so the model was corresponding to the structure of thermal system.The application indicated that the analysis proposed in the paper was more distinct,and it possessed a series of advantages,such as simplicity and universality in use.What is more,it was especially suitable for computer programming and was significant to coal-fired power unit's thermal dynamic energy-saving analysis theory.
