| 摘 要： | 客观及时地统计供电系统用户供电可靠性是进行可靠性管理工作的前提和基础。提出了一种可靠性基础数据的在线自动提取与供电可靠性指标的实时计算方案,该方案统计计算流程简单、人工干预少,充分利用了现有信息管理系统数据,能实时反映电力系统对用户的供电能力、对电能需求满足程度。基于该方案在某供电局内开发的应用系统,解决了供电可靠性统计与管理工作存在滞后时间长、统计数据源需人工填报、数据准确率受人为因素影响而且效率低等问题。
