除雾器通道内二维两相流场的数值模拟

摘    要:除雾器是WFGD系统内的重要设备之一,其性能对WFGD系统运行的可靠性有重要影响。文章采用雷诺应力湍流模型和拉格朗日多相流模型,对波纹板除雾器单通道内的流场进行了全面的计算流体力学(CFD)模拟。得出了除雾器通道内的速度场、压力场的分布情况、被捕集液滴的临界粒径与烟气流速的关系等。对除雾器的设计和运行具有一定的理论指导意义。

Abstract:Mist eliminator is one of the important equipments in WFGD system. Its performance is of great importance to the reliable operation of WFGD system. Based on the Reynolds Stress model and Lagrangian multiphase model, the 2-D two phase flow field in a channel of chevron mist eliminator is simulated using computational fluid dynamic (CFD) method. The simulation results include detailed velocity field and pressure field, the relation between the critical particle size of trapped droplets and flue gas velocity and so on, which may be helpful in the design and operation of mist eliminator.
