摘    要:配电网结构复杂,故障电流弱,且存在间隙性电弧,分支多,故障选线困难。为解决传统的选线方法准确率低,无法准确采集到行波信号而导致故障选线失败等问题,提出了基于行波信号的配电网选线方法。该方法以双端行波定位法为基础,对行波检测装置进行优化配置,选择性的在配电网分支末端变压器端安装行波采集装置;将行波装置两两组合,组成多组定位系统,获得初始行波的波头到达时间;准确排除非故障线路,确定故障区间;融合多组系统的故障区间,取其交集,最终实现配电网的精确故障选线。EMTP仿真结果表明,该方法能准确地实现配电网的故障选线。

Abstract:When a fault occurs in the distribution networks, fault current is extremely small and the network structure is complicated. A improved traveling-wave fault line selection for intelligent distribution network is studied to solve it in this paper. It base on the double-end traveling-wave scheme, install the traveling wave detection unit on the distribution transformer at the end of line through traveling-wave detection unit optimization. Each two traveling wave units combined into a system to get the initial transient traveling wave arrival time. This system can exclude the non-fault feeders, pick out the fault line or fault section. And through compare each result from the system, this method can get the fault line location. Simulation result of ATP shows that the proposed method can realize fauh line selection of distribution network.
