摘    要:结合一起厂网关口电能计量装置失压造成的电量少计问题进行分析研究,根据失压现象进行现场测试,分析失压原因,追溯基建时遗留下的一处比较隐蔽的二次错接线问题,提出消缺和防范措施,并采用更正系数法对失压造成的差错电量进行追补计算,利用边界修正方法提高电量估算的准确性,保证了厂网之间公平结算。
