摘    要:汽动给水泵是大型火力发电机组的重要辅助设备,关系到机组的安全和经济运行。海萨600 MW机组汽动给水泵在14天带负荷连续试运期间,发生了泵组烧瓦烧轴的事故,需返厂修理,造成了经济损失。经过详细调查和论证分析,认为是机械杂质损坏了轴瓦,进而磨损轴颈。总结了经验教训,提出了改进建议,防范类似事故再次发生。

Abstract:Turbine-driven boiler feed water pump is the important auxiliary equipment in thermal power plant,influencing safe and economic operation of unit.Pump set shaft abrasion damage happened during unit 1 of Hisar thermal power plant 14 days trial operation,which required return to manufacture for repair,causing economic lost.It is believed that mechanical impurity damaged bearing pad and bearing journal as per accident investigation and argumentation.Experience and lesson is summarized and amendatory suggestion...
