摘    要:借鉴过程仿真和热力系统分析方法,采用模块化的建模思路,开发了一套汽轮机转子在线性能监测系统。该系统利用火电厂已有的管理信息系统(MIS)采集机组运行数据,通过模型在线计算汽轮机转子的热应力、寿命损耗等安全性指标,并采用B/S模式实时显示监测结果。该系统已成功应用于某电厂600MW超临界汽轮机转子的在线监测,为机组安全运行提供了有效手段。

Abstract:Based on the process stimulation,the analysis method of thermal power system and the modularized cre- ation model mind,an on-line monitoring system of turbine rotor is successfully developed in this paper.Acquisition of operating data is gathered by the power plant's existing management information system (MIS).The thermal stress life-loss and etc.can be calculated on-line.And the results can be real-time displayed in B/S mode.This sys- tem has been successfully applied to a certain 600 MW super-critical turbine,thus providing an effective tool for tur- bine safe operation.
