摘    要:随着电网结构的日益复杂,用户对电压质量的要求不断增加,对配电网的经济性和安全性的研究越来越重要。目前多数对无功优化配置的研究过多重视了配电网的经济因素,为了能更好兼顾经济性和安全性,提出了考虑谐波因素和配网安全性的配电网电容器优化配置模型,在约束条件中考虑了谐波畸变率的约束,以保证优化方案下节点电压畸变率控制在规定值以内,并且将带有安全性指标的电压水平计入优化目标函数中,在降低系统网损的同时,使网络的整体安全性也有所提高。按照无功就地平衡和抑制谐波两个原则,求得补偿点电容器的补偿容量范围,缩小寻优空间。最后用遗传算法对一个17节点配电网实例进行仿真,结果表明该模型符合实际,取得了较为满意的结果。

Abstract:The structure of distribution system became more complex,consumer asks for better quality of voltage,so the research on the distribution system’s economics and security is more important.In order to resolve this problem,a new mathematical model of distribution network optimal capacitor placement is proposed in this paper.The objective is to minimize the power loss and control harmonic distortion level,at the same time,the security of distribution system is enhanced.The reactive power compensation ranges are obtained by the reactive and harmonic distortion constraints of distribution network,and thus reduced optimization space.Lastly,using a distribution network to reveal the method is verified.
