电子束脱硫技术在我国的应用前景

摘    要:对电子束烟气脱硫技术从机理、流程、实验结果及经济可行性进行了分析。采用此法脱硫效率达 80 % ,脱氮效率 10 %。同时副产品可做肥料。与湿式石灰石 -石膏法脱硫相比 ,具有流程简单 ,设备费用低 ,应用范围广 ,占地面积小 ,不产生二次污染等特点。通过对我国国情及硫资源状况分析 ,提出电子束脱硫技术在我国有良好的应用前景

Abstract:The principle,proceeding,experimental results and economic feasibility of the electron beam FGD technology are analyzed.With this technology,more than 80% SO 2 and 10% NO x can be simultaneously removed from the flue gas.Meanwhile its by-product can be used as agriculture fertilizer.Comparing with the wet limestone-gypsum desulfurization technology,it has advantages such as simple proceeding,lower equipment cost,wide application,less field occupation,less pollution,et al.Studying the situation and sulfur resource of China,it is concluded that the electron beam technology has bright prospects in China.
