| 摘 要： | 针对吉林热电厂10号(200MW)机组在启停机过程中,通过临界转速时1,2,3号轴承振动超标,当机组转速达到额定3000r/min时3,4号轴承振动偏大等问题,查找、分析振动原因,并采取相应处理措施。

| Abstract: | In the start and stop process of no.10 200 MW unit in Jilin Thermoelectric Plant,when the unit is tracking the critical speed,bearing no.1,no.2 and no.3 has the problem of over-standard vibration.When the speed of the unit is up to rated 3 000 r/min,bearing no.3 and no.4 vibrate excessively.Aiming to the problems referred above,the article researches and analyzes the causes of vibration,and takes relevant treating measures further. |
