基于滑动峭度法和Teager能量谱的滚动轴承故障诊断

摘    要:针对滚动轴承故障诊断问题,提出一种基于滑动峭度法和Teager能量谱的滚动轴承故障特征提取方法。该方法首先对原始振动信号进行滑动峭度计算,获得一个反应冲击信号偏离高斯分布的峭度时间序列,然后通过计算该峭度时间序列的Teager能量谱识别轴承故障特征频率及其倍频成分。应用该方法分析了滚动轴承模拟信号和实测信号,准确诊断出滚动轴承元件故障,证明了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:A method for fault feature extraction of rolling element bearing based on sliding kurtosis algorithm andTeager energy spectrum was proposed. Firstly, a kurtosis time series that can inflect the deviation of impact signalfrom Gaussian distribution was obtained through sliding kurtosis computation of the original vibration signal, thenthe bearing fault characteristic frequency and its harmonics components can be identified by calculating the Teagerenergy spectrum of kurtosis time series. The proposed method was used to analyze both a simulated fault bearing vi-bration signal and the experiment measured data of rolling bearing fauhs, the effectiveness of the method is provedthrough a good result in diagnosing the rolling bearing failure.
