| 摘 要： | 配电网可靠性管理措施的推行是提高配电网可靠性水平的重要途径。通过对配电网停电原因及对引起故障停电原因的统计分析，给出了影响配电网停电次数和每次停电时间的各种因素，并针对这些因素，给出了减少停电次数及停电时间的措施，从而达到改善配电网可靠性水平的目的，这些措施对各局方的行为具有相当现实的指导意义。

| Abstract: | The important way to improve the reliability of distribution systems is to implement the distribution systems management. Various factors influencing the outage frequency and outage time are presented. A series of measures to improve the reliability of the distribution systems are given in this paper. These measures give a practical guidance for utility operation. |
