汽轮机叶片振动的叶端定时测量法

摘    要:提出了用叶端定时测量法测量叶片的振动幅度和频率,该方法只需在叶片顶部安装2个叶尖定时传感器,在转子的适当位置安装一同步传感器,就可以测量整级叶片的振动,克服了传统应变片测量法仅能测量某几个叶片,应变片寿命低,可靠性差等缺点.研究开发了汽轮机叶片动态监测实验系统,通过该系统对实验叶片的振动频率进行测量,验证了该方法的可靠性.

Abstract:In order to get the vibrant amplitude and frequency of a turbine blade, a method capable of measuring each blade in a rotating row that called tip-timing measurement is presented. The method offers some unique advantages over traditional straingage method. Only two sensors over the top of blades and one synchronous sensor of the rotor are used to get the exact vibrant amplitude and frequency of the each blade in a rotating row. At the same time more exact results are obtained and the life of the system is prolonged. A high accuracy system of vibration measurement on rotational blade has been developed. The method is verified by an experiment.
