摘    要:某135MW机组在主蒸汽管道单阀切顺序阀运行后,主蒸汽管道振动幅度明显增加,通过现场勘察、测量分析,认为振动原因为激振力频率与管道固有频率一致引起管道共振。在管系模态分析、应力校核计算的基础上,通过增加减振装置改变管道固有频率,避免管道产生共振。减振措施实施后管道振动幅度明显降低,并且管道应力均合格。

Abstract:The vibration amplitude of main steam pipeline obviously increased after adopting sequencing valve steam distribution mode instead of single valve mode in a 135 MW power station unit.Through survey,measurement and analysis at site,it is thought that the frequency of exciting force is in accord with natural frequency of the pipeline that is resulted in the sympathetic vibration. Sympathetic vibration is avoided through modifying the pipeline's natural frequency on the basis of mode analysis and stress calculation for the pipeline.After the scheme is implemented,the pipeline's vibration is obviously reduced,and the stress of the pipeline is up to standard.
