摘    要:建立了综合考虑系统发电成本、过负荷风险的风电并网系统多目标动态经济调度模型:在优化过程中计及机组出力爬坡约束、系统旋转备用约束;采用自适应DEM0算法对模型进行求解;得到Pateto最优集后采用协调性最优的准则选取折中解。最后在RTS-79系统上对所提模型和算法的有效性进行验证。

Abstract:This paper establishes a multi-objective dynamic eeonomie dispatch model of wind farm ineorporaled syslem considering the generating cost anti the risk of system, considers the unit output climbing constraints and the rotating standby constraints during the optinlization process, adopts an adaptive algorithm based on differential evolution for multi-objective optimization (DEMO) to find the solutions of the model, uses the principle of optimal coordination to select compromise solution after getting PateIo optimal set. Taking RTS79 system as a ease, the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm is verified at last.
