分离式热管倾斜蒸发段流动特性试验

摘    要:采用加热石英玻璃管对倾斜布置的分离式管蒸发段进行了可视化试验,分析了倾角、充液量和热流密度对其流特性的影响;研究了不同工况产生不同流 机理,预测了各种流型中能对分离式热管的传热特性产生的影响。此研究结果可用于分离式热管换热器的工程设计和控制。

Abstract:The separate type heat pipe is featured its provision of evaporator arranged with slight lean. With this characteristic feature, the heat pipe provides several important advantages. In order to determine working characteristics of the inclined evaporator, a series of experiments were performed by making a unit with an evaporator. A flow visualization study of the inside flow phenomena of an inclined evaporator at several angles has been conducted. This paper describes the inclined angle, heat flux, the quantity of working fluid, and pressure. Water was charged as the fluid. Flow phenomena were recorded with a still camera.
