| 摘 要： | 现代社会对电力依赖程度的提高和电网规模的增长，对电网运行提出了更高的安全要求。文章提出了一套比较完整的区域电网运行风险评级体系，包括设备风险、结构风险、信息安全风险、操作风险和外部风险。该指标体系能够科学地、全面地反映电网的风险水平，为电网安全应急管理措施的制定提供量化依据。同时，基于指标体系的复杂性，提出了一种综合可拓学理论和网络层次分析法的电网运行风险评级方法。实际算例验证了所建立的区域电网运行风险评级模型的合理性和可应用性。
