| Abstract: | The communication system,content and characters of IEC6580 are introduced in this paper.Analysis is made on the effect of IEC61580 upon electric power enterprise.Combined with the construction and operation of IEC61580 digital substation in Shaanxi Electric Power Company,suggestion and thought on developing IEC61580 digital substation are put forward. |
