摘    要:750 kV隔离开关设备中首次应用支柱复合绝缘子,且使用环境存在风沙大、太阳辐射强度高、日温差大等恶劣因素,对复合绝缘子的机电性能和外绝缘老化性能提出更高要求.通过绝缘结构尺寸、芯体填充、铺层结构、全套老化以及成型工艺等关键技术的研究,开发出750 kV隔离开关用支柱复合绝缘子.目前已通过权威机构认证,并成功应用于750 kV输变电工程.

Abstract:The composite post insulator is firstly applied to 750 kV disconnector under the severe environment of heavy wind and sand,strong solar radiation,large temperature difference between day and night etc.Therefore,higher requirements are raised for the composite insulator for its mechanical & electrical property,and outer insulating ageing performance.The composite post insulator for 750 kV disconnector is developed through the research of key technology,such as insulation structure dimension,core filling,layer structure,ageing of the housing and forming process etc.This type of insulator has been approved by the authoritative organization and applied to 750 kV transmission & distribution projects.
