摘    要:输电线路运维工作的人力、物力资源越来越难以满足日益增长的运维工作量需求,亟需提出更加经济、科学和可操作性强的运维方法。针对输电线路在地理位置、线路环境及在电网中所处地位的差异性,提出了一种差异化运维方法。该方法首先将线路划分为4类,综合考虑输电线路的正常运维和各种特殊运维,制定4类线路设备的运维周期和运维项目,在对线路进行运维评估后,得到全线的运维策略。在满足各种运维约束条件的基础上,以输电线路运维的经济性作为目标函数,建立输电线路差异化运维模型,利用遗传算法进行优化求解,得到各线路优化后的差异化运维计划。最后,通过实例验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性。

Abstract:Human and material resources in the operation and maintenance of transmission line are more and more difficult to meet the growing demand for the operation and maintenance workload. Therefore, a more economic and more effective transmission line operation and maintenance method is imperative. Considering the different location, environment and status in the gird, a transmission line differential operation method aimed at different transmission lines and different sections of one line is proposed in this paper. In this method, transmission lines are devided into four types,then formulate operation and maintenance items and periods of the four type lines, the all line maintenance method is determined when the line maintenance have been assessed. The transmission line differential maintenance model is set up. Objective function is economical efficiency of lines maintenance based on satisfying various operational constraints. Genetic Algorithm (GA) is used to solve this issue, and then the differential operation and maintenance plan is determined. At the last part, an example is presented to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.
