摘    要:为了解决电力系统在有功无功采取解耦控制方式下,自动发电控制系统(AGC)与自动电压控制系统(AVC)均按照各自的方式、目标以及约束进行优化,缺乏协调控制的问题,采用AGC与AVC协调控制策略将有功和无功同时分层协调优化。控制策略将系统分为综合优化控制模型和预测控制模型2个模型:综合优化控制模型协调使用了AGC与AVC控制的目标函数以及相应的约束,优化后给出综合经济性最优的参考设定值,在预测控制模型中对超前AGC机组的有功调节指令与AVC分区内的可控发电机的电压调节指令进行协调优化.基于改进的超前AGC控制策略以及配合超前AGC的AVC控制策略,采用交叉迭代法对控制策略进行修正.最后在IEEE14节点系统作了有效的验证,协调优化效果明显。

Abstract:AGC and AVC are lack of coordinated control because they operate in accordance with their own way, objectives and constraints for optimization under the active and reactive power deeoupling control mode. The control strategy is divided into two parts: integrated optimal control model and the predictive control model. Integrated optimal control model coordinate and use the function of objectives and corresponding constraint from the AGC and AVC control function to provide reference value considering integrated economy. In the predictive control mode, the reactive adjusting instructions for advanced AGC generations will be coordinated with the voltage adjusting instructions for controllable AGC generations to optimize. Based on the improved advanced AGC control strategies and the AVC control strategies to be coordinated with the former, the system uses cross-iteration method to amend the control strategy, and is effectively verified in IEEE 14 node system. The result shows the effectiveness of the method.
