| 摘 要： | 智能电网的发展与应用,智能表计装置安装比例的增大,为从需求侧优化用户用电负荷提供了可能,但同时也对已有的负荷预测模型提出了新的问题.提出了一种考虑需求侧资源（DSR）作用的负荷预测模型,该模型能够定量计算DSR对负荷预测的影响及节电效果.通过某110 kV变电站供电区域负荷预测分析,验证了模型的可靠性,为当前电网规划的负荷预测工作提供了有效的工具.

| Abstract: | The paper proposes a new load forecasting model considering demand side resources （DSR）,by which the influence of DSR on the load forecasting and saving effect can be quantitatively calculated.The reliability of the model is verified by means of load forecasting analysis on a power regional in 110 kV transformer substation,and it is an effective instrument for load forecasting about grid planning current. |
