摘    要:提出了用户站接入系统方案最优选择的LCC方法.首先对接入系统方案的全寿命周期费用进行分解,建立包括一次性投入成本、运维成本、风险成本和退役处置成本的LCC模型,提出了各成本估算公式.为量化计算LCC风险成本,基于ETAP搭建了接入方案的风险仿真模型;最后通过实例分析,采用该模型完成了接入方案的最优选择,并对LCC的典型影响因素进行了敏感性分析.结果表明,该模型具备可行性,对用户站接入方案的设计研究具有一定的参考价值.

Abstract:The LCC method to select the best scheme of substation connection is proposed.At first,the life-cycle cost of access system solution is decomposed.The LCC model and cost estimation formula is established,which included one-time investment cost,operation and maintenance cost,risk cost and disposal cost.A risk simulation model is built based on ETAP in order to calculate LCC.Finally,the model is used to choose the best scheme by a case.Sensitivity analysis is analyzed to typical factors of LCC.The result shows that the model is feasible,and is of reference to the design & study of substation access scheme.
