| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种螺旋节能灯半螺旋明管自动弯脚设备。该设备除了需要人工上料之外，其余动作，包括螺旋管的定位与夹持、自动加热及控制、弯脚成型动作及落料均自动完成，具有体积小巧、操作简单、产品形状稳定、合格率高等优点，生产效率是人工的2倍多，完全可以替代当前的人工生产。

| Abstract: | This article described a kind of machine which is used to bend the spiral glass-tube＇ s feet corner automatically. The machine includes the spiral glass-tube positioning and holding mechanism, the automatic heating and controlling system, bending feet corner and unloading glass-tube mechanism. The advantages of the machine are small volume, simple operation, stable shape of products, high eligible rate, etc. Its efficiency is two times higher than artificial efficiency. The present artificial-producing can be completely replaced by this machine. |
