超小功率金卤灯电弧管泡壳内径测量方法的研究

摘    要:在超小功率金卤灯生产中,由于受其体积限制,各种尺寸尤其是电弧管泡壳两侧缩颈处的内径测量一直是比较困难的。本文提出了一种基于Halcon的图像处理系统,很好地实现了内径的定位、测量,使用结果表明该系统具有良好的连续性和精度,提高了生产效率。

Abstract:On the producing process of the miniature metal halide lamp, due to its bulk, the measurement of its dimensions especially the inside diameter of the necks of the electric arc tube is very difficult, this paper introduces an image processing system which is based on Halcon. It do well in the locating and measuring of the inside diameter. The results of the use show that this system is good at successiveness and accuracy, and improves the production efficiency greatly.
