摘    要:建立包含风电功率和电动汽车充电功率在内的机组组合模型,分析电动汽车自由充电、延迟充电和智能充电三种充电模式下的电网运行经济性、电网风电接纳能力,并利用清洁发展机制(CDM)中计算电量边际排放因子(OM)的"简单OM"方法计算不同充电策略下的碳减排效益。

The Benefit by the Synergistic Dispatch of the PEV Charging and Wind Power in Power Grid
Abstract:Based on the synergistic dispatch model of the PEVs and wind power, the model of CO2 emission reduction benefit is established in this paper to analyze CO2 emission reduction benefit by the synergistic dispatch Of the PEV charging and wind power both in power grid and .transport sector.CO2 emission factor of thermal power is calculated ,and then CO2 emissions under PEV charging freely and synergistic dispatch are compared.Consequently, synergistic dispatch is an effective means to realize collaborative use of large-scale wind power and PEVs.
