炉内旋转气流对四角切向燃烧锅炉燃烧器区射流偏转的影响

摘    要:采用理论分析和冷态模化试验的方法,研究了大型四角切向燃烧锅炉直流煤粉燃烧器结构布置、燃烧器的高宽比、运行参数对燃烧器区炉内空气动力场和一号角两相邻炉墙的压力分布的影响,借助于燃烧器区流场及射流两侧压力分布,分析炉内旋转气流对四角切向燃烧锅炉燃烧器区射流偏转的影响情况。

Impinging Effect of the Rotating Gas Leading to Jet Deflection in Burner Zone of Tangential Firing Boiler
Abstract:Theoretical analysis and isothermal model experiments were conducted to study the effect of the structure, height-to-width ratio and operational parameters of jet burner on the aerodynamic field in the burner zone and pressure distribution along the adjacent wall in the tangentially fired furnace. The impinging effect of the rotating gas leading to jet deflection was analyzed.
