黄岛电厂4号机停运影响分析及应对措施

摘    要:黄岛电厂4号机为前苏联生产,经过20多年的运行,机组性能下降。为了更好执行国家节能减排政策,电厂拟在2010年关停4号机。详细分析了黄岛电厂4号机停运后对青岛电网的影响,进行了N-1静态安全分析和暂态稳定分析,并针对几类特殊故障进行了N-2静态安全分析。针对出现的安全稳定问题,提出了相应的应对措施并进行了计算验证。
