摘    要:专家库形式的电网辅助决策系统经常因为电网结构发展、变化太快,来不及更新而导致实际可用性不好。针对电网的实际特点,通过实时扫描电网运行状态,在电网无支路潮流越限情况下,通过N-1或N-2分析,对电网中存在的不安全因素给出提示。当电网中有功潮流或电流发生越限时,选择对支路灵敏度高的发电机、负荷作为调整的对象,并尽快给出合理的控制策略可以实现快速而有效的消除潮流越限以及事故隐患的目的,实现电网运行的辅助决策功能。

Operation Decision-making Support System Based on Sensitivity
Abstract:As the fast development of power system structure,the network decision-making system based on data base can not be updated in time which results in the poor availability of the decision-making system.Combining with the practical system characteristics and the real time scanning of system operating state,the following methods are put forward to realize the function of decision-making.Firstly,the insecure factors will be pointed out via N-1 or N-2 analysis when the branch power flow of system is out of safety range.Secondly,if the actual power flow or the current exceeds the limitation,the generators and loads with high sensitivity to the branch will be adjusted to avoid the violation of the constraints and the potential fault.In this process,the proper control strategy is determined.
