摘    要:自动电压控制(AVC,Automatic Voltage Control)是电力系统调度不可或缺的环节,山东电网采用了基于软分区的三级自动电压控制系统。介绍AVC基本原理和相关概念及其在山东电网的应用效果,重点探讨厂厂协调和厂站协调的问题。实际运行情况表明,AVC可以有效划分无功分区、降低网损,解决厂厂协调、厂站协调等自动电压控制难题,提高电网运行的经济性、可靠性。

Abstract:Automatic voltage control is an essential part for power dispatching.The global voltage control strategy based on soft identification of control zones is applied in Shandong.Basic concepts,principles and the application effect in Shandong are briefly introduced.Coordination among power plants and coordination between power plants and substations are discussed in detail.Operation practice shows that AVC can not only reasonably divide the reactive power zones and decrease loss,but also solve the coordination problems among different power plants and substations ,thus ensure an efficient and stable power grid.
