| 摘 要： | 对临沂发电有限公司6号机组EH油管泄漏原因进行分析。采用宏观检验、显微组织观察、化学成分分析进行分析研究。结果表明,由于焊接过程中出现焊缝咬边现象,导致应力集中,加之运行过程中长期受到各种振动,最终导致EH油管泄漏事故的发生。

| Abstract: | The reasons of leakage on EH Oil tube of No.6 Unit in Linyi Power Generation Co. Ltd. have been analyzed. The macroscopic examination,metallographic test and chemical composition analysis were carried out. The results showed that the stress concentration existed during the welding process. In addition,various vibration exited when the units worked,which leaded to Ihe leakage. |
