选相控制器在鲁西换流站的应用

摘    要:在电力系统中,投切电容器或者空载投入变压器时会产生涌流,将对设备产生不良影响或引起保护误动作,而选相控制器通过选择合适的投切角度能有效削减涌流、减小暂态冲击。鲁西换流站安装有14台变压器及14组交流滤波器,全站共配置了28台选相控制器。本文介绍了选相控制器的基本原理,并结合鲁西换流站的实际接线分析了其输入、输出回路。针对在站系统调试中出现的问题提出了对应的解决思路,为后续工程中选相控制器的应用提供了参考方法。

Application and Improved Ideas of Controlled Switching Devices in Luxi Converter Station
Abstract:In the power system, inrush current will appear while closing/opening breakers of capacitor or closing a no-load transformer. The inrush current may cause protection device a incorrect action or harmful effections to primary equipment. By closing/opening breakers at a appropriate phase angle, the controlled switching device can reduce the inrush current effectively. 14 transformers and 14 AC filters are installed in LuXi converter station, and for the purpose of reducing inrush current 28 controlled switching devices are installed. In this paper, the basic principle of controlled switching device is introduced, and the application and input/output circuit of the device based on detailed design diagrams is also analysed. For the problems occured in the station system commissioning, ideas of solution are presented in the paper. The improved ideas will provide reference methods for the application of controlled switching devices in the future engineering.
