摘    要:电网二次设备是变电站的守卫者,对其进行状态监测是实时了解二次设备运行状态的重要手段,也是保证变电站安全稳定运行的重要保证。本文梳理了智能变电站中二次设备状态信息内容及来源,重点对二次设备实时运行状态信息进行分析,并讨论其获取方式,在此基础上,建立了二次设备状态诊断知识库,对二次设备进行故障原因分析和故障定位,为状态检修决策提供技术支持,最后通过工程实例,介绍本文研究内容的应用情况,该工程中建立了状态监测系统,实现了主站对二次设备实时监测,为二次设备状态检修提供了技术支撑。

Condition-based Maintenance of Secondary Equipment based on Condition Monitoring in Smart Substation
Abstract:Secondary electrical equipment are guardians of substations, whose real-time status monitoring is an important method to understand its running status and ensure the substation in safe and stable operation. In this paper, it’s introduced content and sources of secondary electrical equipment status information in smart substation, especially analyzing its run-time status information. On this basis, a diagnosis knowledge based on secondary equipment status is established to analyze reason and location of fault, which provides technical support for the decision of condition maintenance. Finally, it's described an appliance of research in a substation. In this project a condition monitoring system was established to achieve real-time monitoring information of the secondary electrical equipment which is used in master station, providing technical support for the secondary equipment condition-based maintenance.
