| Abstract: | The application of high efficiency synchronous rectifier technology in aero Transformer Rectifier Unit is introduced in this paper. The principle of driver IC IR1167 for the synchronous rectifier is described. A novel drive circuit is applied to reduce the loss of synchronous rectifier, and is analyzed in detail. |
