摘    要:本文讨论了水泵变频调速的节能原理,提出一种基于参数自调整模糊PID控制的交流闭环变频调速系统的设计方法,把变频器和感应电机组成的变频调速系统看成一个整体—恒压频比变频调速系统。仿真结果表明:模糊自整定PID控制器比传统PID控制器的动态响应曲线好、响应时间短、超调量小,稳态精度高,动静态性能好。

Abstract:This paper discusses the theory of pump's saving energy in the variable frequency speed-adjusting system.Then considers the induction motor and the inverter as a whole controlled object,which named as a variable frequency speed-regulating system in constant U/f.A design method of the system based on the fuzzy controller with self-adjusting parameters is presented.The results of simulation show that the fuzzy self-adjusting PID controller has good dynamic response curve,short response time,small over-modulation,high steady state precision,good dynamic and static performance by comparing with the traditional PID controller.
