混合励磁永磁发电机的设计与性能分析

摘    要:为了降低永磁发电机的电压调整率,本文研究了一种混合励磁永磁发电机。在详细分析其结构与工作原理的基础上,给出设计该种发电机的设计数学模型。同时,利用三维有限元软件进行分析。最后,设计并加工了一台7.5kW样机,从试验结果来看,通过调节电励磁电流,气隙磁通具有较好的调节特性,从而获得较低电压调整率。

Abstract:A novel hybrid excitation permanent magnet generator with adjustable air gap flux is investigated. The proposed structure and control principle are described in detail and design equations are completely derived. By using 3-D finite element analysis, the electromagnetic distribution and the performance evaluation are carried out. A 7.5kW prototype generator is manufactured and tested. The calculated data are compared with the experimental data, It is obvious that the proposed structure generator has good regulation characteristic by means of variation of dc field current.
