摘    要:目前河南省城市中压电网基本采用中性点不接地或谐振接地方式。随着中压电网的发展,电容电流增加较快,系统普遍面临电容电流增加的问题,严重威胁设备和人身安全,影响供电可靠性。本文通过对造成这些问题的原因进行分析,以运行经验为基础,结合基本理论,提出了解决问题的建议。

Abstract:This paper discusses the operation status of neutral grounding in urban power distribution systems of Henan province. As the ratio of cable increased in urban power distribution system, some problems are pointed out in traditional operation mode of neutral grounding. This problems have great influence on power supply reliability, equipment and personal safety. Based on the analysis and operation experience, the proposal of solving the problems is brought forward.
