摘    要:针对广域电力系统中量测时滞对系统运行产生的严重影响,研究此类系统的稳定性问题。基于Lyapunov稳定性理论,构造新型的泛函。在导数解析过程中对积分项进行分段处理,避免了缩放性误差,再采用Wirtinger不等式来减小系统保守性。 同时考虑了系统状态变量积分的影响,得到了保守性较低的保证时滞电力系统稳定的判据,并进一步推广到电力系统受到扰动时的情形。通过典型二阶系统、单机无穷大系统与四机十一节点系统进行仿真分析,验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:In view of the effect of time-delay to the system operation in the Wide Area Power System (WAPS), the stability of WAPS with time-delay is studied. Firstly, the new functional is constructed based on the Lyapunov stability theory. Secondly, this paper splits the integral into two integrals to avoid the scaling error and uses Wirtinger inequality to reduce conservative in the derivation, then considers the integration impact of the system state. The stability criterion with less conservative for time-delay power system is obtained and extended to the system with parameter changes. Finally, the effectiveness of the method is verified by simulation of the typical second-order system, the single machine system and two-area four-generator power system.
