摘    要:由于分布式发电的随机性、间歇性,含分布式发电的微电网很难满足电网接入的要求。若在微电网中配置合适容量的储能装置,并对其采取适当控制方法,不但可以平滑分布式发电的输出功率,而且可以达到对微电网负荷削峰填谷的作用。提出了应用上下限约束法以及加权移动平均控制法,以满足微电网的接入要求为前提,以最小储能配置容量为目标,对混合储能装置进行容量优化配置的方法。仿真结果表明,所提方法不仅能够使分布式发电出力满足微电网要求,并可以实现对储能容量的优化配置。

Abstract:It is difficult for the micro-grid with distributed generation (DG) to meet the requirements of connecting into the power grid because of the randomness and intermittent of DG. Equipping energy storage devices in the micro-grid and taking suitable control methods, the output power of DG can be smoothed and the peak load can also be shifted. A method for capacity allocation of hybrid energy storage system is proposed. The upper and lower constraints method and weighted moving average control method are adopted in the allocation method. The objective is to minimize the energy storage capacity. The simulation results show that the proposed control strategy not only makes the DG output power meet the requirements of the micro-grid, but also allocates the energy storage capacity optimally.
