开放式数字化变电站自动化系统的讨论

在变电站自动化领域中,智能化使电气设备的发展,特别是智能化开关、光电式互感器等机电一体化智能设备的出现,使变电站综合自动化技术进入了数字化发展的新阶段。提出了开放式数字化变电站综合自动化系统统一架构,论述了数字化变电站综合自动化系统内智能化设备集成和站内设备间信息共享以及站内信息与远端的交互问题。同时文中讨论了应用IEC61850标准建立开放式变电站自动化系统通信平台的可能性,并分析开放式变电站综合自动化存在的安全问题。

Discussion of open digitalized substation automation system

With the development of intelligent electronic device, especially the appearance of intelligent switch and optical sensor equipped with electrical components, great advancement happens in substation automation technology. In this paper, a unified framework of open digitalized substation automation system is proposed, and the problems of information sharing between IEDs in substation local network and SCADA ,meanwhile, are mentioned. Then analysis about the possibility of applying IEC61850 to construct an open substation automation system is made . In the end, security problem in this system is disscussed as well.
