| 摘 要： | 10 kV配电网是面向用户的电力网络， 10 kV配电网的安全运行，决定着用户用电的安全性、可靠性和用电质量。通过在Mobitex无线网络监测和采集配电网运行参数的基础上，采用三相不对称网络分析理论和潮流计算方法，基于380V低压监测数据，分析计算10 kV网络运行状态，为配电网监测和管理提供可靠数据，实现电能量管理、线损计算、三相不平衡分析、电压合格率分析等功能，提高10 kV配电网运行可靠性。
