| 摘 要： | 运行备用在维持系统安全稳定运行方面具有重要的作用，而在电力市场中，作为独立的经济实体的发电商不会无偿提供备用服务，因而电能市场和电能备用市场并存是电力市场发展的必然趋势。在电能与备用市场顺序交易决策的基础上，利用古诺模型研究了发电商在电能与备用市场的均衡策略，比较了在调用不同的备用参与发电情况下的均衡结果，最后分析了远期合约时均衡策略的影响。

| Abstract: | The operating reserve capacity is very important to keep power system safe and stable. However, the suppliers who are the independent economic entity will not voluntarily provide the reserve service. Consequently, that the energy and reserve market will coexist is inevitable in the development of power market. Cournot model is employed to study the bidding strategies of suppliers based on sequential trade and decision-making in energy and reserve market. The results of equilibrium are compared with different reserve capacities that used for energy production and the impacts of forward contracts on equilibrium strategies are analyzed. |
