摘    要:针对智能变电站SCD文件结构复杂和操作繁琐的问题,设计了智能变电站二次系统在C#中的模型。该模型包含负责SCD文件操作的SCDDocument类、负责IED信息提取的IED类以及负责子网信息获取的SubNetwork类,给出了各类的属性和方法设计。通过实际智能变电站的SCD文件数据,利用C#编写的验证程序,验证了设计的可行性。利用该模型可方便地读取SCD文件中的数据,以面向对象的方式管理SCD文件中的数据,并为相关应用软件开发过程中的SCD文件操作提供解决方案。

Abstract:According to the problem of complex structure and verbose operation of SCD file in smart substation, C# model for smart substation secondary system is designed. The model consists of SCDDocument class, IED class and SubNetwork class, namely responsible for SCD file operation, IED data extraction and subnetwork data acquisition. Attribution and functions in each class are designed. The feasibility is verified by SCD file in real smart substation and C# verification programming. It is convenient to read data from SCD file and to manage data in SCD file in object-oriented way by means of model construction. Besides, it is also a solution for SCD file operation design in software development.
