摘    要:对智能电网发展的内部机理进行了研究,用以找到在各种时空条件下,智能电网差异很大的发展外表下内在的稳定规律,并使各类智能电网研究成果更好地实现耦合。在国内外智能电网理论研究与建设实践基础上,从分析电力系统的基本模式出发,结合经济社会对于智能电网的外部驱动作用,提出了一种内外结合的智能电网发展机理分析方法。进一步运用该方法对智能电网的愿景和特征、发展规划的制定以及关键技术的评价进行了分析,得出了从智能电网发展机理角度出发的新的认识,以及进一步深化研究的工作方法。

Abstract:In order to find the inherent development law of smart grid under various conditions and make a better coupling of all kinds of smart grid research, the internal mechanism of smart grid development is studied. On the basis of domestic and international smart grid theoretical research and construction practices, starting from the analysis of basic power grid mode, combining with the external drive for smart grid from economic and social aspects, a development mechanism analysis methodology is put forward which considers the factors both inside and outside of power system. Furthermore by use of the methodology, the vision and characteristics of smart grid, development planning and evaluation of the key technologies are analyzed summarily. Some new knowledge from the perspective of smart grid development mechanism and working methods to further deepen the related research are obtained.
