配电网安全分析的k(n-1+1)准则

摘    要:对配电网的安全分析进行了研究 ,考虑到配电网与输电网在结构上的差异 ,安全分析不能照搬输电网的 (N - 1)准则 ,针对配电网辐射状结构的特点 ,提出了配电网安全分析的k(n - 1+1)准则。指出对于辐射型配电网 ,从可靠供电的角度来讲 ,满足 (n - 1+1)准则是必需的 ,(n - 1+1)是k(n - 1+1)准则的基础。在保证可靠供电的基础上 ,k(n - 1+1)准则保证了系统优质、经济的运行。基于k(n - 1+1)准则 ,提出了故障后恢复供电的重构算法

Abstract:The security analysis of the power distribution system is presented in this paper. Considering the difference between the power distribution and power transmission systems in structure, its security analysis cannot follow the rule of (N-1) for power transmission system. Therefore, it proposed the rule of k(n-1+1) for security analysis of power distribution system based on the feature of radial structure of the system. For reliable service of the system, it is necessary for the radial power distribution system to meet the rule of (n-1+1). The (n-1+1) is the basis of k(n-1+1). On the basis of ensuring reliable service, the rule of k(n-1+1) can ensure healthy and economic operation of the system. In light of the rule of k(n-1+1), a reconstruction algorithm for service restoration after a fault is proposed.
